To fit neck circumference approx 13.5“ / 34 cm
Size is easily adjustable to fit your neck circumference. Work ruffles over section approx 1.5“ / 4cm smaller than your actual neck circumference.

approx 100yd/95m of Disco Lights by Tilli Tomas, (100% spun silk with sequins) in color #188 Gloxinia or other worsted yarn with sequins.
